With intention and support, this work can shift not only symptoms, but one’s relationship to self, story, and life itself.
Why Ketamine?
Ketamine is a fast-acting medicine that can gently interrupt cycles of anxiety, depression, trauma, and deeply ingrained patterns of thinking. For many people, it brings relief within hours — especially when other approaches have not created lasting change.
When we live in chronic stress or emotional pain, the brain adapts. It becomes rigid. Thought patterns repeat. Hope can feel distant. Ketamine helps soften those rigid pathways by stimulating neuroplasticity — the brain’s natural ability to grow, repair, and form new connections.
During a session, ketamine quiets the part of the brain responsible for rumination and self-criticism (often called the default mode network), creating space for expanded awareness, new insight, and emotional release. In this more flexible state, the brain becomes more receptive to healing.
But the medicine is only one part of the process.
I guide clients through thoughtful preparation, supported experience, and meaningful integration. Ketamine opens a window of possibility — integration helps transform that window into lasting change.
